Four Years After, I’m Blogging Again

Yes, it has been four years. I could not even remember what my password was for this account. I got too busy making money online that I did not have the time to update this blog.  While browsing through my past entries, I couldn’t help but smile because it made me realized what I have achieved so far. There have been misses but I’m proud to say that I have tremendous hits as well.

I may have been failure for reaching my ideal weight of 105 pounds but I have achieved a lot in terms of personal and financial matters. Now I have my own house, driving my own car and able to send my son to a good school. Also, I am now more independent. Now I could do almost anything, including those stuff that I was scared to do or those things that I usually asked other people to do for me. I was a cry baby :D

For the next few years, these are the things that I need to do:

  1. Expand my online business. Make all ten sites profitable, even at least $100 per month for the smaller sites.
  2. Do not ever depend on other people.
  3. Try hard to ignore/handle defensive, accusing and hot-tempered people
  4. Look good every single day
  5. Feel good every single day
  6. Try to lessen spending on shopping and food
  7. Increase savings (at least 50,000 per month)
  8. Exercise more
  9. Eat healthy
  10. Get enough sleep
  11. Write more
  12. Get my own G adsense account
  13. Feel good about myself
  14. Love myself more

The past few weeks had been very hot and humid so I am very thankful for the sudden change of weather. I’m enjoying it a lot!

Just finished a course on Print Production

I was out for two days. I attended a training on print production. I’m two steps nearer my goal to become a print graphic designer/expert :) . I learned quite a lot during the two-day training. Most of them are really applicable to what I’m doing. I hope I could also find the time to take up a course on Adobe Acrobat. Problem is, the course is being offered on weekends. I don’t have time since I already committed all my weekends to family affairs.

Btw, I bought a new blouse from NAFNAF.

Don’t you try to rain on my perfect day!

But I really wish we could talk later. I wish he’s missing me because I’m missing him much.. My day’s just incomplete without him…. :)

I got nothin to prove… ain’t got nothin to lose…

Easy way out… I really don’t have to prove anything to you… I got nothing to lose if you just vanish and never ever try to drop me a line. I don’t really care… You’re just one faceless stranger to me. and please lang… will you stop bugging me? I need to put a closure on this one. I don’t want to mess my life up. I love what I’m having and I think I just need to learn how to be content. On the brighter side, my Indian friend based in Singapore is coming to town. Promised him we’ll meet up for coffee Monday or Tuesday. I feel relieved and blessed I have wonderful friends.

I badly need some spiritual housecleaning

But I don’t know where to start.

I love to thing I’m a taoist. I’d love to become one. I’d more peaceful with myself and I could focus on the things that really should matter. I’m not chinese. I just want to be religious and follow the teachings of taoism. I want to know more about that so called force behind the natural order and maybe try yoga or something to detoxify.

No kidding… I want to try something else… something supernatural…

Nice weather…

I love this kind of weather… cloudy, cold and raining… hah. Wish I’m in love… Must blame this to the never-ending looping soundtrack of my daily commute from home to office. I’ve been listening incessantly to Aqualung… yeah the one who sang “Brighter than sunshine…”

Let the rain fall I don’t care
I’m yours and suddenly you’re mine…

I love being me… I love me. AMEN!

Here’s my side of the whole story

Why sidetrip? It was actually a question that I asked myself when I decided to start this blog in wordpress. Actually I’m confused. I always am (that’s one of my bad habits that really needed ditching, eh?) So please…please don’t ask me to explain.

Well, maybe because I’m fond of making side trips? making unsolicited side comments? and other weird things on the side.

Let me tell you about the biggest sidetrip that I made in my career. I love writing… sometimes I don’t. I have this love-hate relationship with writing. But still, I pursued my “sometimes” love for writing that’s why I ended up being a journalist/writer. I used to think that I’m a prolific writer. But all of a sudden, I realized that I have been doing more graphics and design work lately and started to wonder why if it’s time for me to shift focus and make a career out of my new found talent for designing.

Yeah… yeah… that’s what happened when you always don’t think straight and suddenly you end up on the other side of the road and start wondering why you’re there in the first place. I never dreamed or imagined myself as an artist or anyone weirdoooo coz when I was still a kid I could’nt even draw a straight line. I always imagined myself before that someday, I’d be the best criminal lawyer in town at day and the sexiest grooviest bartender at night in a beach resort somewhere in Hawaii, Bali, Rio or Miami.

But I love my life now. Couldn’t ask for more… wait… how about a hundred million bucks?
