Fit, healthy and beautiful.

Yes. These are my goals for the next three months. I am trying to stay fit by walking at least 15-30 minute a day  or equivalent to 3,000-5,000 steps everyday, a healthy diet and at least 8 glasses of water. I also make sure I take a minimum of 500 mg of vitamin C everyday. I also discovered a new moisturizer that really suits my skin. (I have a very sensitive skin). Ive been using it for two weeks and so far, so good.

Well, I’ve been sickly during the past few months so I decided that maybe changing my lifestyle would bring me back to my energy levels back in the olden days. I know I’m getting old. I just turned 32 and I can now really feel it.. the age I mean :D .

I’m keeping a diary of food which I’m keeping inside my wallet. Every night, I make it sure that everything is logged on in my index card.

This should work… this time around…

Just finished a course on Print Production

I was out for two days. I attended a training on print production. I’m two steps nearer my goal to become a print graphic designer/expert :) . I learned quite a lot during the two-day training. Most of them are really applicable to what I’m doing. I hope I could also find the time to take up a course on Adobe Acrobat. Problem is, the course is being offered on weekends. I don’t have time since I already committed all my weekends to family affairs.

Btw, I bought a new blouse from NAFNAF.

My new inspiration…

I’m also beginning a new diet after a few months of no dieting. I’m also trying to live a life without men. Hihihihi :D I’m depressed and I need to have a goal… and my new goal is to drop 15 pounds in the next three months. Can I really get this thin? Am I crazy? Is it impossible? :D

I haven’t seen a beach for more than ten months… I miss the sand… miss wearing my bikinis, miss watching sunset while holding a glass of pinacolada, miss the sunshine…

I wish I could travel soon.

I’ll stop buying clothes, bags and shoes. I have more than enough, really! I wish I could find some other ways of rewarding myself other than shopping. Helpppppp!

blogging once again

I’m starting over…

I got too busy during the past 10 months. damn too busy I didn’t find the time to make any entry for this blog. Well, I just feel I need to write to keep myself busy. My life has been soooo boring. But I am beginning to love it that way. Maybe that’s one sign that I’m not so young anymore…

I just finished two big projects. That’s why I have too many idle times now. Well, I have lots of things in mind that I want to accomplish in the medium term. To lose 10 pounds in the next three months and to organize my portfolio so I could pack up and look for a higher paying job here opr abroad. (I prefer the latter although I still have a very serious dilemma about it).

My little boy is now a preschooler and he’s really doing well in school. He always got a star–something that I look forward to every night. The hubby can’t walk straight still although his right leg has improved a lot during the past six months after he fractured it during a Christmas Party last year.

And, oh… Mr. R texted me and asked me if it’s still ok to have coffee with him sometimes… I forgot to ask him when’s the best time to have coffee with him… but he joked about having coffee and more…?

It’s July… the rain has started to pour. I just love it!

Encourage past lover to brag about how easy you were.

Offer men money to go out with you.

When talking with men, casually try to work the word “nipples” into the conversation.

When at the pool, loosen your top before diving.

Wear your hair up and pinch your neck to simulate hickeys.

Sneak into the men’s bathroom and write your name and phone number on the wall.

Wear a name tag that reads, “Do Me.”

Guys love their cars. When you see a guy in a car, say, “Hey, nice car” and show him your “Do Me” name tag..

don’t wanna be miserable…

0011.jpgHad a hell of a weekend.. I cried hard… but I managed to get back to life so swiftly, I couldn’t believe I did it. Well, I promised myself, I’ll never be miserable ever again. Life is too short to waste on nonsense things… I hate him.. no i don’t feel anything… that’s more accurate.

It’s Monday… to start my week right, I danced for at least 30 minutes before getting a shower. It feels so good. I think I’m gonna make it a daily routine from now on. I do hope I still have the energy later to do a 45-minute aerokaebo. I really need to be fit for the Palawan trip. Now I’m really starting to look forward to it.

I found this photo in an online fan site and I was really struck by how georgeous cameron looks like in this photo.

Well, I wanna be as thin as cameron diaz. She really looked fabulous in this photo.Frankly, I am not a fan of cameron diaz. But she’s just so gorgeous in this photo. Wish I could be this thin soon.

Well, I should get serious in my crash diet… Just below 1000 calories a day and a physical workout for at least 30 minutes a day for the next 3 weeks!!!

I’ll be this thin, maybe and hopefully by Christmas…

Losing 10 pounds in 20 days…

This is the hardest challenge ever that I’m posing to myself. After bengeing on almost anything edible for the past month, here I am, pressed to lose the 10 pounds that I gained before I fly to palawan on the fourth week of October.  So… I’m having a food diary again so I could log and monitor my food intake, I promise to drink plenty of water, eat lots of veggies, less rice, no sugar no fats. I can do this… I’d be very busy losing weight to even bother about guys… hehehe… in the next few days.

Wish me luck!!! I know I can do this!!!
